Learning Style

In order for me to take intellectual and creative risks, I need to make sure I am in an environment where there is trust and support from both my classmates and teacher(s). I do suffer from anxiety, so when there is a moment I don’t feel comfortable, I tend to freeze or not know what to say/do.

However, as a future teacher, I think it’s important for students to make mistakes and learn from them. I don’t like making mistakes, but it’s all about the learning process of why those mistakes were made, and how they can be fixed. That is why being a supportive and understanding teacher is so crucial for student learning. Students should be able to trust their teachers and know that they are there to help their students every step of the way.
